I joined Weight Watchers last week after weighing in to a new heaviest weight. So now tomorrow will be a week since my starting weight weigh in. I track my Weight Watcher points but I also track food either on here or myfitnesspal just to see how they even out. And surprisingly they are pretty close. Today for example, I have 3 points left for the day and on SP I have 300 calories before I'm at too many calories.
I've been fitting in exercise too. Just a little bit here and there but it counts. I can't remember what/if any I did on Friday or Saturday. Sunday I walked a mile with my son in his push car, Monday I walked a mile with pushing my son and my step daughter riding her bike then I pushed them on the swings. Tuesday I don't think I did anything. Wednesday I did a little bit of the Just Dance 4 video game I got out of the RedBox. Today I pushed my son for 2 miles and I may do the video game tonight but I don't know.
I do have homework to do for school today so that's the unsure part of working out some more. I may take the night off to rest up for the weigh in tomorrow, take a relaxing shower, and get some homework done. That sounds better.
I've been inspired this week more than ever before. Just the feeling that I have control of my eating and also finding an inspiring blogger/fellow sparker to follow has really helped.
Fingers crossed that tomorrows weigh in shows some results.
