embracing the new me

This week once again has been a week of excitement for the new me!!!!! Was able to fully run a mile and a half,,and completed a mile in under 13 minutes!!!!!!!!!! Never ever in a million years would I think I could ever accomplishe so much at 45 years young!!!!!!!! Also wore shorts for the first time in A very very long time!!!! Very excited and loving my new fitness,,have incorporated strength training, kind of new for me but I learning as I go..once again thanks spark friends for support just by sharing your stories!!!!!

    You're REALLY going to love it when that strength training starts to pay off and you get stronger. Keep at it! You might be surprised at the weird times/places you notice it. emoticon
