I'm ready to do this. I need to do this. I must do this.
I did my research. I know what will happen if I don't so this.
I also know the benefits of getting healthy and making this happen.
It sounds easy...eat small regular meals btw 2-3hours, drink lots of water, do at least 30 mins cardio at least 5 days a week. Day one...my journey starts today!
