Day One

I'm ready to do this. I need to do this. I must do this.
I did my research. I know what will happen if I don't so this.
I also know the benefits of getting healthy and making this happen.
It sounds small regular meals btw 2-3hours, drink lots of water, do at least 30 mins cardio at least 5 days a week. Day journey starts today!

    Best of luck on your journey. You are in the right place to succeed. Tracking input (food) and output (exercise) has been the best thing for me to succeed in reaching my weight goal.
