I am a private person, and a blog (even an anonymous blog) is not easy for me. Especially a blog about something as personal as my health. It has been fifteen years since I have been at my optimal weight of 135 pounds. I was at my heaviest ten years ago at 175, but I started going to the gym, dropped to 145, and maintained that weight loss. Beginning last fall, my weight began creeping back up, and I am now up to 169. I think I know how to exercise and eat well, but I need motivation to get through a daily workout and some accountability. I am optimistic that SparkPeople will help provide that umph.
