Wow very hard! I am very motivated after watching Extreme Weight Loss. I get up ready to exercise. However losing only 3 pounds gets a little discouraging. I'm gonna keep working.

    We can reverse years of damage to our bodies by deciding to raise our standards for ourselves, then living differently. Old wounds heal, injuries repair, and the whole system improves with just a few changes in what we put into our bodies and how we move them.

    NEVER give up on yourself! Congratulations on losing 3 pounds! Take a look at 1 pound of hamburger and imagine 3x that! It's a lot of meat! Never feel discouraged as the scale is going in the right direction. emoticon

    Keep in mind that every body is different and it's safe/healthy to lose 0.5 - 3 pounds per week. Little by little, it will add up. Keep working at it - you're doing great!
