I really like this goal!! Yesterday, I spent 60 mins hoing, raking, and shoveling in my garden prepping for the spring direct plant. That was a nice workout and made me feel good on multiple levels- growing healthy food for my family, exercising, being productive. It was good all around. I am going to engage in that activity again this evening. I am blowing through my weekly exercise minutes and focusing on just being Really active has been helping alot. I enjoyed a nice donut for breakfast- but I already have a home made salad with grilled chicken and tons of veggies prepped for lunch and gotten out salmon for dinner so I will be more than well in my calorie count today. I love feeling proud of myself. Good mantra!!! I like the idea of not badgering myself all day but picking that one Really awesome thing for myself and doing that. ;).
