burn

Wednesday, May 29, 2013

I got my gardening in at my brothers' place today edging mowing and trimming hedges and a lot of sweeping. I put a dent in it but I will have to finish it tomorrow after my breakfast with the retirees.
I put on sunscreen but still burnt the back of my neck and some of my chest (I was wearing a peasant blouse to keep cool in the 90+ temp).

    Too hot. Right into summer.

Hopefully you were keeping hydrated in that kind of heat. Wear a nice big hat next time you go out. Aloe is great for sunburns. Healing and cooling. Feel better soon.

Boy I wish you could do my yard work. I just don't have the time anymore to do that work I'd like to do. And it isn't 90 here yet!!!
Hope you have a great rest of the week

Looks like it will be a good idea to put sun block on yourself and a wide brimmed hat.
