I am back to running and walking 30/40 minutes. It was too hard for me to run and walk an hour so I figure that I better go slow. Some days are harder than others and this crazy weather in the Northeast (humidity some days, rain and temperatures in the lower 40's this past Friday and Saturday) are affecting my exercise.
36 minutes- 18 minutes running and 18 minutes walking
Day 5- 41 minutes- 20 minutes running and 21 minutes walking
I do not remember what I did on day 3
