According to this article, I should be lifting weights and not focusing primarily on cardio like I have been. Something to think about. I do work tomorrow, 9-4... doing computer stuff and being shown around the building (even though I kind of already know it by heart!! lol) I think I'm going to work on this gym of mine, thats just next room, and trying to make it as efficient as I possibly can. I'll invest in some more weights and maybe some other work out equipment. I'm really hoping that since I'll be working I wont have a lot of time to eat or even get bored! Maybe it'll help me lose weight!

    When I get into just cardio and no ST my lungs feel great, but I don't feel strong or truly fit. After my little street football game last week, I think my arm is ready to lift again. I'm amazed at how much weaker I am though after 8 months of NO ST. Time flies by when one allows too many things to interfere with their plan.

    Lifting weights is great to increase muscle mss to increase resting metabolic rates. I find doing body weight exercises keep me less bored at home.
