According to this article, I should be lifting weights and not focusing primarily on cardio like I have been. Something to think about. I do work tomorrow, 9-4... doing computer stuff and being shown around the building (even though I kind of already know it by heart!! lol) I think I'm going to work on this gym of mine, thats just next room, and trying to make it as efficient as I possibly can. I'll invest in some more weights and maybe some other work out equipment. I'm really hoping that since I'll be working I wont have a lot of time to eat or even get bored! Maybe it'll help me lose weight!
