Just a little blog to help motivate me. at least that is what im hoping for. if I tell people about it I will feel more accountable. so I start tomorrow, I am getting a 14 day freepass to our local gym to try it out and if I like it join, if not find somewhere else. and after this week I will be cleaning out the kitchen and not buying anymore junk food. I already told my fiancÚ if he wants junk for his lunches he can keep the whole pack there lol. and I will be packing the kids healthy lunches for daycare and making healthy breakfasts and dinner, I feel the best way to teach them healthy habits is to do so by example and they wont eat junk if it isn't readily available to them. it is getting late now and I have spent quite a good bit of the day browsing spakpeople, so it is time for me to go to bed since I will have a very busy day tomorrow.
