I have really been struggling the past year on losing more weight. Lots of changes in life really affect my nutrition and exercise. How do you keep you mindset straight and stay committed and motivated to continue. I used to work out everyday 5:00 am, but the coaches I were working with broke my trust and then things just started to fizzle from there. I have maintained what I lost within 5 - 10 pounds, but I so want to get to my initial goal of 200 pounds. I have not seen that number on my scale in over 20 years. I am hoping that by joining Sparkpeople that I will meet some friends who will help to hold me accountable. I am ready! Let's see what I can do!!!
