I have been having a lot of pain with my joints. It could be that there are just a lot of storms in the air,
or just my arthritis popping up.
Also been getting a lot of articles about pain from Spark People about how to deal with pain.
One way is to continue to MOVE. I have been trying to do that. It will just be what I have to do.
Tired, that too.
But I got up and went to Curves early this morning. Got weighed in and lost 1.25 lbs by their scale. Just keep it going down.
I came home and set up my menu for the week on line and then went shopping for groceries.
Got in some heavy walking at the grocery store (two big box stores and did extra walking up and down the lanes.)
I will be down again next week. I am convinced. Cheer me on.
