I'm going to try and blog at least once a week. So things have been disappointing this week. Today I went to the doctor and I have gained 18 pounds since the 29th of April. I have medicine and lack of good judgement to thank for that. But now I'm determined, I have to get my stuff together, for my own good, because just feeling disgusting like I do now is just not an option anymore. I have been tracking my food and exercise almost religiously for the past week. I've always eaten below my calorie range and I've almost met my calories burned goal for the week. I kind of thought my legs would be stronger by now, but I guess that takes a little bit of time. As it is I am debating whether or not I want to do a second mile today...or maybe I want to go down in the basement and see if the treadmill has a weight limit...nah I fell asleep at the ... so I didn't do anything.
