Toast and chocate milk emoticon emoticon

Lunch one medium fry small kid size coke emoticon

Dinner mashed pototates crackers with peanut butter or chicken noodles and crackers emoticon emoticon

Option tough week a black and white milkshake or ice cream bar emoticon

Maybe fruit popsicle later on Sugeested by my Sparkfriend Ocean Mist emoticon emoticon emoticon

That's a start emoticon any suggestions to add?? That all I could think of..

I have to look more cinammion/ peanut butter and some more recipes little later on..slowly adding on healthier things otherwise I would be discouraged.

Way back when.. I used to eat bigger sized junk and lot of coke now ajdusting slowly.......just smaller size junk.. Admit and adjusting the food lifestyle is tricky....First step is the hardest... emoticon moving along slowly on the food plan... emoticon

It's a start. Try adding one fruit a day. I like to put blueberries on my peanut butter and toast.

I also am surprised about some of the items that seem like junk food?

Add some veggies with fiber ( peppers or add spinach in your soup).
Small changes go along way.

Well, Dolly, lunch isn't really great and I know you know that, my friend. But breakfast is good and the soup and crackers at night, is pretty good. You are doing better than you used to so keep up the good work AND don't give up, no matter what! emoticon emoticon
