Toast and chocate milk
Lunch one medium fry small kid size coke
Dinner mashed pototates crackers with peanut butter or chicken noodles and crackers
Option tough week a black and white milkshake or ice cream bar
Maybe fruit popsicle later on Sugeested by my Sparkfriend Ocean Mist

any suggestions to add?? That all I could think of..
I have to look more cinammion/ peanut butter and some more recipes little later on..slowly adding on healthier things otherwise I would be discouraged.
Way back when.. I used to eat bigger sized junk and lot of coke now ajdusting slowly.......just smaller size junk.. Admit and adjusting the food lifestyle is tricky....First step is the hardest...
