I am starting a new streak today! I thought about writing this blog this morning and now when I got on to Sparkpeople to do it realized what my last blog was about.
On May 1st, I commited to doing Coach Nicole's workout. Well, needless to say that streak didn't last very long. I made a goal of doing it but failed to plan when I was going to do it. I have been struggling with how to fit exercise in. I felt a little down when I looked at that blog, yet again another failed attempt. Except, I quickly changed me thinking. That goal, taught me what I needed in my future goals, planning!
After reading the Spark Solution, which is fabulous!, I am really making healthy changes to my life. Also, I recently took a training at work about the 5 Choices of Extraordinary Productivity from Franklin Covey. Both of these have lead me to look at when I can plan for exercise in my life. This leads me to my first streak! Exercise in the morning!
My plan is to move some of my morning duties: making lunches, getting clothes together to the evening. This will free up my mornings and I will get up 5 minutes earlier and exercise.
Plan in place. Today is Day 1!
