Fit Bit

My older brother gave me a fit bit last week will it motivate me more to exercise. I am thinking I will wait to get it loaded until we move next week but not sure. I need to get more active and get my eating under control. The first step will be cutting back on the crap I have been eating. Time to focus on fruits and veggies again. My brother made some great grilled meals last weekend with veggies that were so tasty. I just need to get back into the habit of trying some new foods again.

Today for lunch I had rotissere chicken, 1/2 cup of macaroni salad and 10 grapes. I tried the red ones which were really tasty. Tomorrow morning madison and I are having scrambled eggs with lots of veggies and a little protein. We are having chicken for dinner but need to figure out lunch. It is tough since we are in the middle of moving so trying to keep our groceries limited.

I am going to upload another picture of the new house. This is one of my favorites Madison and snoopy sitting on the stairs lol.

    Shannon, why not download your fitbit now. Then you can see just how much you've done while you're moving. I have a fitbit zip and I like knowing how many steps I take each day. It makes me work harder to increase my steps each day. Good luck with the move!

    You may find your fitbit the thing that gets you moving. It can be a little additive and fun to meet all it's suggested goals. I got mine on Mother's day and I am only satisfied with my day after I have achieved all it's goal. Steps,miles and active minutes. My husband thinks I'm a little crazy about wanting my happy faces but oh well he does acknowledge it's healthy goals! Good luck with your move that too will keep you very active with a little weight lifting thrown in!
