Well, I gave myself the weekend off, and apparently forgot to come back.
Maybe I should start photographing my food?
I don't know if anyone actually reads my blog anymore, so would I be actually staying accountable to someone, or would I just be creating more work for myself? Hard to tell.
I was feeling out of control at the beginning of this week. Lazy, bloated, feeling like a failure, and angry for failing.
One thing at a time.
Get back to tracking.
One foot in front of the other.
Put the cookie down.
Say no the the second helping.
Go for a run instead of sitting infront of the TV all night.
I can do it.
