Short term goals

emoticon emoticon It's a hot one today! Hydrate hydrate hydrate!!!! So far I have stuck to diet today. A step at a time. I read somewhere today in my forum that a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. I can only concentrate on the few steps. I was never good at short term goals so I always set myself up for defeat right away. Time to learn to set those short term goals emoticon Today I will eat right, exercise at least 10 minutes, and work on anxiety to get it down to low
