I feel so much better when I eat less junk and more real food. I still have junk occasionally, but it's a 90/10 split with healthy in the lead now. I also really like the feeling I get from working out. I like to see if i can push myself to do 5 more minutes or increase the speed. I don't want to fall back into my old ways, I don't every want to be 300 lbs again. I know at some point I will hit a plateau and/or I will stumble. But I also know that I can choose not to give up on myself.

    Snack foods make my whole body hurt. I feel so much better without them. Keep up the good work. Quite a weight loss so far.

    Yay! I feel the same way. I was telling my boyfriend a few days ago. I used to be that person that was like "omg ugh I hate exercise". I hated sweating. I hated being out of breath. I hated the achy muscles. Now... I'm addicted! I LOVE IT!

I love the sweat, the being out of breath, the achy muscles, because I know all of those things mean I am doing exactly what is necessary to be the person I want to be INSIDE and OUT!

Good for you!!! Keep it up! :)
