I feel so much better when I eat less junk and more real food. I still have junk occasionally, but it's a 90/10 split with healthy in the lead now. I also really like the feeling I get from working out. I like to see if i can push myself to do 5 more minutes or increase the speed. I don't want to fall back into my old ways, I don't every want to be 300 lbs again. I know at some point I will hit a plateau and/or I will stumble. But I also know that I can choose not to give up on myself.
