My Brother visited me yesterday and some how we started talking about weight. He said"How much would you weigh if you had the fat off of you, at your own natural healthy weight"? He is very matter of fact. I said "I have no idea, but I thought 155 pounds would be a good healthy weight for me". He said " Then eat like you are at your healthy weight".
That was a real revelation to me. I eat to much to be at my healthy weight. So it just hit me like a ton of bricks. Eat like I already weigh 155. Then I thought, I haven't weighed 155 for more than 30 years. How did I eat when I weighed 155?
So I am going to change my eating. And watch some people eat who are at their healthy weight. I am sure I will learn alot.
And who knows, my healthy natural body weight may not be 155, that is just a goal that I set for myself that I thought was reasonable.

    I can remember when I was in the 150's...and I ate and LOT less! Its true! But I'm beginning to eat less now (compared to even a month ago) so thats good...we can do this! Best wishes to you!!! :) emoticon
