I'm not new to SP, but i seem to have completely forgotten my previous info, so i just created a totally new account.
I'm looking to get back to a daily healthy lifestyle and have always loved how SP helps keep me accountable for my actions, or lack thereof.
I'm going to try to blog my journal at least 3 times a week to keep myself motivated or to see if there is a pattern to my lack of motivation.
I just started a new position at my work, a promotion to a different department, if you will. This has caused a shift in my time, stress level, and overall perspective, but mostly for the positive. So I really needed the extra help from SP to adjust to this new role successfully.
What else could anyone want to know reading this? I do have a BF and we are both in the "get healthy" state of mind. He has a bit more weight to lose than I do, but we'll get there together.
