I feel so good today. I can feel myself getter stronger and stronger each day. Today we did 5 planks for a total of 5 minutes and I made it through them in reformer Pilates class. I think the hardest part is being patient with myself and with the weight loss results I want to see results faster and it doesn't always work like that. Just have to keep putting one step in front of the other and eventually I will reach my destination. For now I will learn to enjoy the journey.
