Still a little bit of nite tine snacking, at least no peanut butter. Why is it, I get sleepy, and think I need something? Anyways, today is a new day, and I'm armed with lots of healthy stuff. Hummus and baby carrots with snowpeas for snack later and right now is egg and lara bar. Lunch is baked salmon!
Excited about tonite, going back to one of my favorite yoga classes, I love having a car and being able to go where I want! Then coming home and doing weights.
