4 week checkin

It has been 4 weeks since I started. I am down 10 pounds:) whohoo!!! That was my first goal and I have beat it by one week! I feel sooo much better about myself and my clothes fit again! Best part is the mental part...i feel like I am back in control and I am getting "me" back! I am not obsessed with food at all times and wishing everyone would leave the room so I can stuff my face! I plan to keep this up!!
