My Workout

I had decided that it was time for a change in my workouts. I joined the 5K Rookie Running team on Sparkpeople. I am in week 4 and I am loving it! I never thought that I would love to run. I was a walker for the longest time. Now I do the walking on the days I don't run. I have felt my energy level going up and I can't believe it! I also want to start blogging more in the future. I love Sparkpeople! emoticon

    Great Blog!! I also just started running after a long time of walking. But I just started and am starting very slow. I also feel better physically, and emotionally when I walk/run. I am also a newbie, as it will be a month on June 3. I also just love it, and the people are just so great. Have a great evening!!
