Lower- Carb Living Week 2

Well this week wasn't so great, and it's all my fault. I went off plan 4 days (not in a row) and as a result only lost 1 lb. I am down a total of 7 lbs for my first 2 weeks, so I am not gonna sneeze at that, but still, I am a little disappointed in myself for the "off plan" meals I had.
Live and Learn! Chad and I agreed to once a week treats- a 3 hour window where we can eat what we want- once a week only. Somehow that once a week turned into 4 days.
