First week of not losing

Okay so I didn't gain, but I didn't lose any weight either.
I knew there would be weeks like this, and some weeks where yes I might gain, but it doesn't make it any easier! I need to look back at my week to see where I could have done better. Some of the things I think were different are: the weather changed back to being cooler, and I didn't get outside and work in the yard as much.
I had some family drama that is still on going, so stress has been a factor.
I have been eating supper with the hubby, it has been healthier suppers than in the past, but probably not perfect or portioned controlled as much as it should be.
Trying not to make excuses, but trying to find areas that need improvement. I have a long journey ahead!
