I have another 5K coming up this weekend. Although I had finished 'training' for the last one, I wanted to do a little refresher before the next 5K.
Today I used the 'graduation' mix from the C25K program and completed it. It was a little longer, and I did actually walk at the end instead of running.
The weather in the morning was rather nice, there is a damp and coolness to the air that is more pleasant than the afternoon heat and humidity. I guess I will have to do morning runs in the summertime.
