I'm afraid to post this cuz I'm afraid I'll jinx the results. :P
I don't really believe in that stuff but you never know. :)
No but seriously, I've been shedding regularly this week, ever since I started the fasting. Mind you, I've stepped up my efforts at the gym as well, but I feel lighter and the weighing scale shows it.
And I have more energy at the gym too. Just thought I'd put it out there.
