A New Day

It is one in the morning my time. I tracked my food and exercise yesterday, and trying to track my water intake. Water is not my favorite drink, but I do like a glass of ice water. Once I get my new mini fridge and some ice I can enjoy water again.
Tonight I was sitting here thinking about Yoga and Belly Dancing, two activities that I have been wanting to do. Also, the idea of going to the beach in a bathing suit has kind of gave me motivation.
It is hard sometimes not to get discouraged when you look in the mirror. And just maybe it does not always have to be a bad thing. Perhaps it gives a whole new perspective about losing weight, and gives the nudge we need.
