I'm ticked off, I do all this walking and watch my diet and how am I rewarded? I gained 1 lb geesh!

    Like someone else said it can be so many things, from the time you weight yourself, to what you had to eat or drink last. Keep on working your program. emoticon

    That is frustrating, but that could be the difference in the clothes you were wearing when you weighed, or if you had something with sodium in it yesterday... there are so many fluctuations on weight. You are doing awesome! Keep up the good work!
