I gave into temptation with the false lie that I would just get some grilled chicken bites, wound up getting the whole 2 piece grilled chicken with MAC -N-Cheese, (my real downfall), biscuit, another downfall, slaw, and a Diet Pepsi.
Putting my calories down was not as bad as I thought it would be. I was about 400 calories off my limit...BUT,
I stayed in the limit of the carbs, protein, and only went 3 grams over my fat limit!
I am so proud of myself for keeping track of what I ate today. It really is bringing what I do to the light and not keep my over-eating in the dark. Fortunately, even though I did eat almost all of my calories at lunch, I did NOT overeat at dinner AND
I stayed pretty well into my limits. I am learning everyday something new as I continue on this journey! AND I am NOT beating up on Gail!
