I've been doing good and lost quite a bit on my own lately. I'm going to try this again and see if I can stick to it better and lose even more. I work full time in the emergency dept where I live, part time on an ambulance and am a full time student. I do all that while still taking care of my family. I'm very active at work, but am very tempted by junk food. I've been watching it, but I need to get better. My '6pm cheddar popcorn' addiction is getting out of control.
My husband is buying a boat and with summer here I need to drop some more #'s... I'm strong and active just carrying an extra layer of fat. LOL. I'm about the same weight that I was when I was last on this site the difference is that I have a lot more muscle on me now. I'm 4 sizes smaller then I was when I started this, but have more to go.... Here we go... Time to hit it hard!
