    Do you have any suggestions? lol I know I eat a lot of the same things, and sometimes it backfires on my cheat days, when I either eat too much or one cheat day turns into 3. My budget is very small and I usually do grocery shopping once a month. I don't really have the time to cook, so it's convenient to buy things that I can boil, steam or microwave. Any suggestions as to what I can do? Or some good proteins, besides fish, that are not fattening? (Also, I'm limited to one fourth of a fridge because I have roommates. lol

    Your meals always look lovely but don't forget to mix it up a bit. I know I have my favourites but I always try to have something different each day, especially on the protein front.
