Doing Good

I need to start tracking my food in here. I keep forgetting to enter it. With that being said, I think I have done real well for the past few days. Of course the true test will come when I go grocery shopping. At the end of the month is easy because I am low on food then.

A lot of you encouraged me to keep blogging so I will try. I do not always have a lot to say, so some may be extremely short entries. I am sure there will be entries about my progress, too.

Right now I am making room for a new mini fridge. I live in a hotel in downtown Los Angeles and there is no kitchen in the room so I am getting a fridge this month, and a microwave next. This way I will have a bigger food variety.

    Tracking is the first step. When I'm out and about I text myself the lists of the food I eat all day and then enter it as soon as I get home before I forget.

    it takes a while to get the hang of tracking your food put once you start it gets easier. when I grocery shop I try to buy only healthy stuff but I have kids so the ice cream and cookies sneak in but then I have to try extra hard not to have any. we can only do our best. keep blogging .
