My hip still bothers me, but I've just about gotten my old walking pace back! :) I don't think I can run on it yet or do Zumba, but walking has gotten SO much better. I barely limp at all when walking normally, and I don't think I do it at all when I'm in full-on cruising mode.
Hopefully that means I can get back to jogging soon, because I tell you what, I'm starting to loathe the sight of my stationary bike. :) (Just kidding, bike, don't ever leave me, you are the only thing that has kept me sane while I've been so restricted in what kinds of workouts I can do!)
Hope everyone else's aches and pains and injuries are healing as well, because I know there's plenty of sparkers out there trying to work around injuries too.
