Back at it!

My workout activities suffered big time this winter. Now I am getting back into the workouts. Surprisingly, it was easier than I thought it would be. Working and being a student is the biggest obstacle I have that keeps me from engaging in physical activities. What is yours? How do you overcome it? Love to hear from you.

    Congratulations on starting again!

Being in school and working carves a lot of time out of the day. I'm guessing it would be good to schedule your work-outs as if they were a required class or you could take a class in the health area that involves fitness activities if you haven't already met your health requirement. Many moons ago when I was in school I would either get up an hour early or do the work-outs at night. Back then working-out at night didn't bother my sleep pattern but it does for some people.

I think we all struggle in certain areas. Sometimes you have to try a few different things to find what works for you.
