I've been struggling to get down lower than 156-155. The scale keeps going back up to 158-159 and then going back down. I haven't been going for huge calorie deficits, so I am not expecting to loose weight quickly, but it would be nice to see some consistent downward movement on the scale. The gym scale had me higher when I started and now shoes that I've lost 9 pounds. Who knows what is right!?!
I do feel a difference, but as expected it is slow. This is basically my plan. Aim for 2-4 lbs a month and try and make the loss more sustainable. Now, I would feel a little cooler about it all if I thought I was actually at 154 (my normal BMI).
But I've basically been staying on track since the beginning of April. We'll see what June brings!
