Feels good! Now to add another piece. Time to add the water. I've been drinking, but not enough. Finally found a green tea that I love--Tazo green tea with lemongrass and spearmint. Need to get counting my cups/glasses again.
And need to work on portion control. Much as I don't want to, better get tracking my food and set a weekly weigh in day. I really want to feel comfortable in summer clothes, so better bite the bullet!
