Challenge #9- Just focus on making healthier choices. Simple right?

· Drink lots of water
· Eat fruits and vegetables
· Limit sweets
· Try to incorporate protein into meals and snacks when able

RESULTS: This week went pretty well. Less stressful. June is off to a good start. emoticon
