Wow, this is going to be harder then I thought! :(

Bummed... 2 weeks in a row with no weight loss, in fact I weigh the exact same. I honestly thought since I am nursing (which burn calories) I thought as long as I ate in moderation that weight would slowly start to come off. Apparently I am wrong... Moses is only 3 weeks old so no working out yet! It's not like I am being shallow, and trust me I am enjoying him so much,BUT I am currently technically obese, and I have a family reunion coming up in a few weeks. I just wanted to lose some weight before I see everyone. I gained almost 60 pounds while pregnant, and was about 20 more than I wanted to be before pregnancy... I love my sweet little guy, he was so worth it!! But if I could just lose 5-10 pounds I wont feel AS gross when I see my family. I guess I will need to start counting calories. This week I ate some of what I wanted just not as much as I wanted to eat, now I have to really eat healthy and less for the next few weeks. This is the stinky part about getting older/ having more kids. After my first son weight fell off so easily, second son it was a little harder. The third baby was SO hard to lose the weight. Now this is the fourth, and I know I need to get on it or I will lose very slowly like last time. When baby boy was 3 months old I was still obese.. I am 10 pounds away form overweight and not obese, I really want to get into the overweight BMI. So 3 weeks from now I can work out again, yeah!!! That should help out a lot. I love food, so working out really hard helps me lose weight more than what I eat. I really like to push myself at the gym, so cant wait! As of now, I am going to eat as healthy as possible the next few weeks, and snuggle my baby as much as I can. emoticon Wish em luck!

I wouldn't worry about weight loss this early in the game. I gained 85 pounds with my daughter, and lost 30 immediately after birth. I was breast feeding and didn't start loosing any weight until after she started eating some food (around 5-6 months), and then it just started falling off. I think my body was holding on to its reserves while providing food for my baby and once I was no longer her exclusive food source it decided it was ok to let the reserves go. I lost the remaining baby weight before she was even a year old.
