Today's goals - walk - done
- laundry - done
- straighten up house - done
- Finish paperwork at work

Yesterdays small victories
- drank 10 glasses of water
- at lots of veggies
- went for 2 walks

Yesterdays obstacles - found the chocolate - broke me streak
- became couch potato in the evening


Today will be better than yesterday.
