I am pretty pleased with my self as this day comes to an end. I stayed within my calorie range today. I came closer than usual to getting all my protein in. I took two nice walks today. Not sure about water, think I was a little short but 2 out of 3 ain't bad as the song says. I find that one of my biggest struggles is getting back into the swing of exercising on a regular basis. I really want to start exercising in the moring rather than putting it off. One other issue I am dealing with is sleep. I just am having a hard time developing or sticking with a sleep schedule since it's summer and classes are over til Aug. And even when I do go to bed at decent hour I"m awake at 5 a.m. sometimes. This is so not like me. Not sue what's up with that. Oh well ... guess could surely be worse. All in all today was a good day and I am feeling good about me tonight.
