I have gone completely off the rails this weekend with my eating. OMG. If I ran my nutrition report on here it might say "WTF, dude, srsly?"
I'm PMS-ing and stressing out about going out of town next week. I have never been away from my daughter overnight (she's 2.5 almost). My mother is coming to help/distract her, but probably the whole time I'm away I will be halfway freaked out. And leading up to that, I am seriously resenting my job for keeping me away from my daughter since I've been required to go to the office on my usual work from home day for 2 weeks running.
Eating everything in sight is not helpful.
Tomorrow is a new day. I have been keeping up my exercise so that's good. But when I went running I felt so bloated/sluggish I walked half of it.
Back to tracking and sticking to it.
