Making changes to go in a positive direction

Awhile back I had stated that I started zumba. I enjoyed it-at first. That didn't last. Why? Well, I am very picky on how classes are taught and how I am treated. I am the type who gets in the middle or back of class until I am comfortable with what I am doing. Once I am comfortable I am from and center. I am noticing trends with some teachers, they call you out. This teacher would make a big deal if you were new and not in front. She literally started teaching the class and turned it so me and the other new girl was in front. After we stated we didn't want to be. She also did other stuff that I just didn't like. So after trying on my own at home and always finding an excuse to not work out, I joined my old gym. They had an awesome deal today and I took. I am trying it for 6 months to see how it goes-financially and how well I do. I am starting back Saturday as my son has graduation this wed and things are kind of crazy. I am also following the guidelines from the spark solution and nutritional side from the dash diet to help me lose weight and start incorporating fresh wholesome foods into my diet. I will also try to only get on the scale once every 2 weeks but that will be challenge....
