Ate bad last night, but made up for it today!

I "binged" last night. I ate to eat. I wasn't hungry, but I ate for "taste." I went to bed bloated and feeling gross.
Woke up this morning and had a light breakfast of fruit and coffee. Headed to the barn with the younger daughter. I ran 8.05 miles in 1:19:41 while she worked her horse. Not my best time, but considering there were 2 miles of hills with one mile being ALL hill, I'll take it. Then, I went on a 90 minutes horseback ride. No cardio, but it uses lots of muscles!
I'm under calories today, but I've eaten well and I'm not hungry so, I'm stopping for tonight. I hope everyone had a good Memorial Day! Thanks to all that have served and still are serving our country. I appreciate YOU!
