Still keeping on..

A lot of the people I connect with at Spark People encourage me to take baby steps and to give myself credit for my successes, not matter how small.
I am proud today that I have not overeaten,
Proud, That I fixed fajitas with peppers, mushrooms, and oinions instead of pasta.
I have made my weight loss a priority, but not the ONLY thing in my life.
I know that as I continue on this journey, I am not going back to 261 and as I lose,
I will continue to fill in that blank until I reach my goal of 155.

    Way to go on your chooses to take care of yourself. Sometimes doing that you feel selfish. But sometimes we have to be selfish to take care of ourselves. emoticon
