A lot of the people I connect with at Spark People encourage me to take baby steps and to give myself credit for my successes, not matter how small.
I am proud today that I have not overeaten,
Proud, That I fixed fajitas with peppers, mushrooms, and oinions instead of pasta.
I have made my weight loss a priority, but not the ONLY thing in my life.
I know that as I continue on this journey, I am not going back to 261 and as I lose,
I will continue to fill in that blank until I reach my goal of 155.
