First month of my new way of eating and being healthy. I lost 14 pounds. I'm challenging myself to eat my fruit and vegetables and add different items to my menus. I have a tendency to eat the same foods all the time. I excited about this sight. I started my journey with weight watchers and switched this weekend to Spark People. I find the sight much friendlier to use and full or more ideas and articles than Weight Watchers and for a lot less.
