A week into my 30 day challenge....

Monday, May 27, 2013

Its been a week into my 30 day challenge and I cheated all this past weekend. Now I see why people say its hard when the holidays come around. Friday I was out all day I didn't have time to cook so my husband ordered food for us. He bought me a club sandwich and sweet potato fries which I felt sick afterwards because my body wasn't use to the oil. Saturday family members cooked especially for us for the holiday. We already planned visiting with friends for the holiday over a week ago, I wanted to cancel because I knew we would end of drinking and eating bad but we canceled on them the last time. On top of that my monthly decided to come early. I'm just not feeling like myself. Today I made my husband eat the rest of the food we had left over from family and tomorrow a fresh start for myself. I order a new digital scale for myself to keep track of my weight for now on and not the regular one I have. it seems on different floors I'm different weights all the time. I am preparing my meals for the week this evening and getting back to it.

Don't be too hard on yourself - at least now you know what you need to work on. Remember tomorrow is a new day and brings new ways to redeem ourselves emoticon

Embrace each day with never-ending self-improvements! Donít start a diet that has an expiration date! It is only a temporary solution! Commit to forming a lifestyle that will last forever!
