Weight loss challenge phase 2

Tonight was registration evening for the new weight loss challenge.
Im so SUPER excited to get going, but nothing happens till next week Monday evening which is when everyone receives their analysis and feed back on diet etc.
We were 11 strong tonight for this challenge and 3 couldn't make it due to their pool car not starting. So we will be 14 next week. What really slayed me about these women, is only 3 seemed to be overweight (myself included) the rest look more like trim, fashionably dressed young ladies???? There are two categories one is straight weight loss and then any muscle mass drop will count against your weight loss figure and the other is a muscle mass gain & visceral fat loss and again any muscle mass loss will count against them. So maybe we are in different categories?
Guess next week Monday we will all know more.
I'm champing at the bit wanting to go back to boot camp too. So what I've decided is tomorrow after my study has been done and company enjoyed, I plan on going to a nearby shopping center which has several stairs at the back of the building which takes you to the loo. Considering all the stairs, there are seldom people that use those loos, folks normally just pinch till they get home LOL
Tomorrow I plan to run/walk/crawl/hobble (probably in that order) up and down those stairs for 5-10 minutes and then see what my chest feels like. If I start coughing...I'll know boot camp is still off. I hardly cough now, so maybe the slight cough is in fact a post nasal drip which could be the remains of the cold and as such boot camp would be good for me then, kind of blow the cobwebs out. Tomorrow will tell me what I need to know.
I think I've gone from couch potato to boot camp junkie. Better...infinitely better.
I think these sentiments are so true....
.... therefore I will use them to grow and make such big changes that I go from caterpillar to butterfly.....regardless of how long it takes me.
